Receive by email a link (valid for 1 hour) to choose a new password.

Get back into your account without anyone’s help.
Prerequisites and plan
Access to the account’s mailbox.
Steps
- On the sign-in screen, click “Forgot your password?”.
- Enter your “Email” and click “Send link”.
- Open the email “Reset your Funnelix Market password” and click the link (valid for 1 hour).
- Enter “New password” (10 characters minimum) and click “Save”.
- Sign in with the new password.
Expected result
The message “Password changed. Sign in.” appears on the sign-in page.
Tips
- The confirmation message is the same whether the email exists or not (“If an account exists with this email, a link has just been sent.”), to protect accounts.
- Check your junk folder too.
- A new link replaces the old one.
Common problems
The email does not arrive
Check the spelling of the email and your junk folder, then try again. Five requests per 15 minutes are allowed per IP address.
“This link has expired. Request a new one.”
The link lasts 1 hour and can be used only once. Start again from “Forgot your password?”.
